BragHub ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
1. Data We Collect
- Name and email address — provided via Google or GitHub OAuth at sign-in
- Work entries and tags — content you create inside the app
- Cookie consent preferences — your analytics opt-in choices
- Session tokens — used to keep you signed in securely
- Usage analytics — only if you opt in (PostHog, Google Analytics)
2. Purpose and Legal Basis
- Providing and personalizing the service — legal basis: contract performance
- Authentication and security — legal basis: legitimate interest
- Product improvement (analytics) — legal basis: consent (opt-in only)
- Legal compliance — legal basis: legal obligation
3. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Analytics data (if opted in) follows the retention policies of PostHog and Google Analytics.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the following sub-processors necessary to operate the service: Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting and database), PostHog (analytics, if opted in), and Google Analytics (analytics, if opted in).
5. Your Rights (LGPD)
Under the LGPD you have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process your data
- Access a copy of your personal data
- Correct incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time (via Privacy Settings in the app)
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados)
